This comprehensive solicitation is designed to engage a consulting team that is comprised of a strategic business planning firm and a financial advisor, both of which are familiar with municipal and county level activities, public finance and the entities created to support local priorities or projects, as well as local government corporations and non-profit organizations. The ideal team will have a particular understanding in designing, assembling, and implementing unique financial tools that both provide investment dollars to projects while helping assure financial sustainability for the organization over time.
